The staff at this hotel was literally the most amazaing people. Always smiling and soo helpful with everything. Can’t give them enough compliments! Really 10/10!!! They even created a separate gluten free menu so there were plenty of options for gluten free food. The banana bread and the tacos was 10 out of 10! Really recommends trying this! And the spa area was so relaxing and beautiful. The hotel room was big and clean with a beautful occean view. If you want to party or be at a beach club, Swarga has a deal with Atlas Beach Club so you will get a free entrance! That’s was really funny and a good thing. All in all this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at and we will definitely be back to visit the amazing place and staff 🥰

I stayed here for 5 nights with my 6 yo daughter. The hotel itself is nice, the pool is lovely and it’s located on the beach front and walking distance to Atlas and Finns Beach clubs and a lot of nice places to eat. The spa was nice and they accommodated my daughter and I for a little mummy/ daughter package. The whole place is getting quite old and running down and would require a good amount of investment to return to its former glory. We were paying about $300/ night and honestly I don’t think it was worth that but I can understand how they justify the prices as Canggu is now a very popular spot. The staff was lovely though and although there were some down points we did have a good time overall

There was entertainment on certain nights in the restaurant too. The afternoon tea package was a great daily treat. The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. The aircon in the room was nice and cold. The bathtub was amazing & came with bath salts!! Scooter hire at the hotel made it very convenient. Airport transfers included was a bonus for our trip home.

Beautiful hotel, pool was amazing, has two different depths and it is massive, loved the bean bags in the pool, the views are beautiful, the rooms were very clean and luxurious, the shower was amazing rainfall shower head, and plenty of space in the family room. Walking distance to both Finn’s beach club and atlas which is a bonus, about 5-10mins. Staff were friendly, some didn’t speak much English, I think they were training, but overall very happy and would stay again.
